By using Oakgrove Luxury Residential Specification Park Homes for our new Holiday Home Site we believe that the entire manufacturing process considers our client’s needs and we do our best to complement the home with a quality brick surround, a decking/balcony to a high standard, offering glass fronts where required & a garden shed.

Our stunning kitchens offer both stylish design and functionality, with a wide range of traditional and contemporary designs for us to choose from to impress you, our clients. 

The design of our bedrooms and bathrooms will impress you, as they come with good storage/wardrobe space.  Each home unless ‘bespoked’ normally comes with approx. £20,000 worth of equipment & designer furniture, ottoman beds for extra storage all enhanced with specially selected headboards, wallpapers, bespoke curtains, blinds and cushions to complement each room.

Being pet friendly, we gladly accept 1 dog or 1 cat to our new homes.

Each home has the electric smart meters connected to the national grid via our 11,000v transformer (you pay your own bill direct), water is via the site on meters, good broadband is available with full fibre on its way.  Each holiday home has a 6’ x 8’ shed to provide for client’s outdoor storage needs and a parking space with extra visitor parking available.  The park is gated but will be fully electric gated soon.

Each home has a lawned area adjoining communal lawns & boundaries are planted with Griselinia Littoralis Hedging, All the maintenance of which will be carried out by the site!

We have just submitted planning for a further 8 more bases to choose from expecting the park to be complete with only 22 homes over the next three years.
